We have had reports of cyber criminals imitating court telephone numbers (“spoofing”) and demanding that citizens pay money for fines or fees in cases involving relatives. These calls are not valid. New Mexico Courts will never call citizens to ask for payments of any kind.

Clerkship Opportunities

Chief Judge J. Miles Hanisee

Judge Hanisee has filled his clerkship positions for the 2020-2021 term and is not accepting applications at this time.  

Judge Jennifer L. Attrep

​Judge Attrep hires law clerks to work for a two-year term. Generally, the term begins on the first Tuesday following Labor Day each year. If interested, please submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, and at least two letters of recommendation.

Judge Kristina Bogardus

Judge Bogardus has filled her clerkship positions for the 2020-2021 term and is not accepting applications at this time.

Judge Jacqueline R. Medina

Judge Medina is not accepting law clerk applications at this time.

Judge Megan P. Duffy

At this time, Judge Duffy is not accepting applications for a clerkship.

Judge Briana H. Zamora

Judge Zamora has filled her clerkship positions for the 2019-2020 term. She is presently accepting applications for a senior law clerk beginning September 2021. If interested, please submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and a writing sample.
