Clerkship Opportunities

Chief Judge J. Miles Hanisee

Judge Hanisee has filled his clerkship positions for the 2020-2021 term and is not accepting applications at this time.  

Judge Jennifer L. Attrep

​Judge Attrep hires law clerks to work for a two-year term. Generally, the term begins on the first Tuesday following Labor Day each year. If interested, please submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, and at least two letters of recommendation.

Judge Kristina Bogardus

Judge Bogardus is presently accepting applications for a law clerk beginning September of 2022. If interested, please submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and a writing sample.

Judge Bogardus also accepts law student externs on an ongoing basis. The externship is an unpaid position, however, normally a law student will receive school credit. If interested, please submit a letter of interest to her office.

Judge Jacqueline R. Medina

Judge Medina is not accepting law clerk applications at this time.

Judge Megan P. Duffy

At this time, Judge Duffy is not accepting applications for a clerkship.

Judge Briana H. Zamora

Judge Zamora has filled her clerkship positions for the 2020-2021 term. She is presently accepting applications for a senior law clerk beginning Fall of 2022. If interested, please submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and a writing sample.

Judge Zamora also accepts law student externs on an ongoing basis. The externship is an unpaid position, however, normally a law student will receive school credit. If interested, please submit a letter of interest to her office.  

 

Judge Zachary A. Ives

At this time, Judge Ives is not accepting applications for law clerk positions. When a position becomes available, Judge Ives requires a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, at least two letters of recommendation, and writing sample.

Judge Shammara H. Henderson

At this time, Judge Henderson is not accepting applications for law clerk positions. When a position becomes available, Judge Henderson requires a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, at least two letters of recommendation, and writing sample. 

Judge Jane B. Yohalem

 Judge Yohalem has hired her clerks for 2020-2021 and is not accepting applications.

Judge Gerald E. Baca

Judge Baca is currently accepting applications for law clerk positions. If you are interested in being a clerk for Judge Baca, submit a letter of interest, resume, law school transcript, two letters of recommendation, and a writing sample to Judge Baca at the address listed above.
